Over the last decade, pManifold Group has been enabling Smart and Clean Tech Markets development and growth in Energy; E-Mobility; Solar; LVDC; Enviro and Urban sectors. It has undertaken research and consultancy study across all the phases of Product/Technology development staring from Idea Generation, Designing, Policy advocacy, Techno-commercial feasibility, Commercialization, etc. by working closely with Think Tanks, Institution, Association, Development Agencies, Corporates, etc. It has completed 200+ projects across 10+ countries and 10+ states in India and help them improve their viability, reach, service quality and positive impact.

In 2020, pManifold Group ventured into a skilling initiative pManifold EV Academy, which is not only complementing our existing services and products in the EV ecosystem, but also enhance our footprint in product development consultancy. We strongly feel that EVs are the best alternative to provide a sustainable future to mass transport sector – particularly due its compatibility with renewable energy sources as well as the modes of vehicle ownership our millennials seem to prefer. But we have also observed that automotive industry is still quite heavy on skills of developing legacy IC engine-based vehicles and not yet well-equipped to develop world-class electric vehicles followed by a delightful ownership experience. This feeling is shared by our certification partner – Automobile Skills Development Council (a Government of India initiative) as well.

Hence, we at pManifold EV Academy, under the #BuildingEVSystemsSkills have conceived 6+ global live online training programs and have completed multiple batches of these training programs, with diverse involvement of participants from, Engineering academia; EV manufacturing industries; e-Mobility consultation; Battery Industry; Transport Planning; Public Transportation (Manufacturing & Services); etc. from countries including – Latam, US, Europe, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Bhutan, Nepal, India, Indonesia, Vietnam and others.
